What counts toward the limit
The size of a single transfer. You can send as many transfers as you like on a paid plan, and expired ones stop occupying your quota immediately.
Pricing
Three plans, no per-gigabyte billing.
We charge for the plan, not for the traffic. A transfer that goes viral will not produce a surprise invoice at the end of the month.

Annual billing takes two months off. VAT is added where applicable.
Changing plans
Upgrades apply straight away and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period so you do not lose retention you already paid for.
Refunds
Within 14 days of a charge, for any reason, no questions asked. Write to hello@ditrib.online and we process it the same week.
Invoices
Every charge produces a PDF invoice with your company details. Team plans can add a billing contact who receives them automatically.
Questions people actually ask
Do recipients need an account? No. A share link works in any browser, and the download does not ask for an email address.
Can I use my own domain? On the Team plan, yes — point a CNAME at us and links will be served from your hostname.
What happens when a transfer expires? The object is deleted and the link returns 410 Gone. There is no grace period and no hidden copy kept for analytics.
Is there an on-premise version? Not today. If that is a hard requirement, tell us what you need and we will say honestly whether we are close.
