Ditrib

Terms of service

Last updated 14 September 2026

The service

Ditrib accepts a file from you, stores it for an agreed period, and serves it to whoever holds the link. That is the entire product. We do not promise it is a backup, an archive, or a place to keep the only copy of anything you care about.

Your content

It stays yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store and transmit it, and that permission ends when the transfer does.

What you may not upload

Report abuse to abuse@ditrib.online. We act on credible reports within one business day and will disable the link while we look.

Fair use

Plans are priced for normal use. If a single account consumes a disproportionate share of capacity we will contact you and agree on a limit before taking any action.

Availability

We target 99.9% monthly availability and publish our actual numbers on the status page. Paid plans can claim a prorated credit for a month that misses the target; ask and we apply it.

Suspension

We may suspend an account for non-payment or for breaking the upload rules above. Except for clear abuse, we give notice first and allow you to export your data.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months. We are not liable for lost profits or for data you did not keep a copy of elsewhere.

Changes

We may change these terms. Account holders receive an email at least 14 days before material changes apply; continuing to use the service after that date means you accept them.
